Elizabeth Kelly is from the Midwest with 14 years in Mexico and Guatemala. She is currently living in Oaxaca and working as Internet Consultant to the English-speaking immigrants there.
Kelly edited the print magazine, Zocalo, in Oaxaca for three years, from 2003 until 2006.
