SURVEYS & SURVEY RESULTS

Mexico - her people, places, business, culture, history, travel and artOver the last 15 years or so, Mexico has begun to assert herself more prominantly onto the world stage. Economically, politically, socially, culturally and in cuisine, the interest in Mexico has grown and expanded like never before in her history.

Mexico has also become a place to where people from other parts of the world are moving - to work, to live or to retire.

Since 1996, Access Mexico Connect has been a contributing part of this gradual growth of awareness and interest.

To enrich the information available, Access Mexico Connect has begun a series of interactive surveys for readers to provide information about themselves, their lifestyles and their interests.

Readership Demographics

The first Survey explores the readership demographics of Access Mexico Connect.

Living in Mexico Surveys -

Part 1 - Demographics Survey

This and the Lifestyles Survey (below) are the newest surveys, initiated on July 12th, 2001.

The Demographics Survey provides information regarding those who live in Mexico full or part-time. Where are they from? Where are they living? How did they choose Mexico and why? What is their residential status and how has their experience been thus far? These and many other questions provide a unique and interesting profile of the Expatriat community in Mexico.

(Please, be sure to complete both Part 1 and Part 2 of the survey.)

Part 2 - Lifestyles Survey

With Part 1 providing the who, why, where, and how long information, Part 2 completes the profile of the Expatriat community by examining the issues of lifestyles.

What is their housing like? What rent do they pay? What is their budget like? What do they spend their money on? What do they do all day? What has their experience been like? These and other questions provide a rich fabric from which to learn, and use as resource information.

However, as in all things, people must participate for this to be a useful exercise.
