Long-abandoned mine sheds such as these contain much rusting machinery considered state of the art in their time. Mexico's 19th century Dos Estrellas mine is located within the municipality of Tlalpujahua de Rayon in southern Michoacan, a few kilometers from the town of Tlalpujahua.
