A familiar sight in Mexico's Day of the Dead festivities, Catrina was born of a lithograph by Jose Guadalupe Posada. She wears black as she welcomes visitors at the entrance to the  Museo Nacional de la Muerte (National Museum of Death) in Aguascalientes.
