This vendor is one of many lining the main dock on Lake Zarahuen. Her offerings of chiles rellenos, prickly pear cactus salad, carne asada, chorizo and fish include handmade tortillas. The bunch of yellow squash blossoms make a delicious filling for quesadillas.
