Well... we’ve come full circle, back to the pier, where Tamara strikes a model’s pose as she stands on the cracked concrete and says she hopes we’ve enjoyed this quick tour of 1970 Ajijic. This photo is one of several beautiful publicity photos taken that day by Beverly Johnson to advertize some of the fashionable clothing designs sold by Gail Michaels in her store “El Angel”.
It is many years since Tamara was last in Ajijic. It is very doubtful if she would recognize very much in the village today.
