In May of 2001, the author tired of his paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii and, inspired by articles and forums right here on MexConnect, bought a ticket to deapest Mexico. After three weeks he emerged unscathed with 280 digital photos packed on two tiny memory cards. Most of them are here for you to virtually visit that land of enchantment.

	Michoacán Hidden central Mexico ~ land of lakes, volcanoes, colonial architecture, native Mexican indians, and butterflies.
	Mexico City The capital of the country is packed with many museums, parks, and other sites making it is an international tourist mecca.
	Teotihuacán The predecessors of the Aztecs by a millenium built a city around pyramids just northeast of Mexico City.
