Banana Bread
(Panqúe de Plátano)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Cream the butter with the sugar until smooth and fluffy then add the egss one at a time beating well after each addition.

Alternately add the dry ingredients and the banans a bit at a time, mixing with a spoon until all the ingredients are well blended.

Add the chopped nuts last.

Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan in a 175°C oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (approximately 1 hour).
