Built in 1610 (yes, 1610!) this historic hotel
was designated a national monument following its renovation in 1981.
Benito Juárez (one of Mexico most loved presidents) stayed here. Right
off Guadalajara's main plaza, this 3-story structure is entered through
an atrium lobby with skylight and marble fountain at its center. Frosted
glass, period paintings, and bird cage elevator lend to the charm. Tne
