prodigy dial-up user name and password changes

Kids accidentaly changed the password on my dialup access to prodigy. I have tried repeatidly to change the user name and password to reset and get on-line to no avail. Is this a local server problem or a prodigy problem or a possible problem with my computer?

I do not believe anything is wrong today with Prodigy dialup. But I am not sure what area you are in.

Usually, what happens is that one forgets either his user name or password and enters the wrong data. Also remember that you Prodigy user name is not for example username@prodigy.net but only "username". Often folks incorrectly enter their total email address rather than everything before the ampersand or @ which is normally the user name.
