Tom It's ironic but I just finished documenting a dispute with my credit card company over a faulty installation of XMRadio when I was up in Texas. The unit has been used successfully in two previous vehicles but when I had this job done, I immediately noticed that the antenna was installed inside the car on the dashboard instead of the roof as the Manual dictates. The installer said that if it works in San Antonio this way that it will work just as well in Mexico. Well, as luck would have it, I get very spotty reception south of San Luis Potosi. So...I give a high grade to XMradio (properly installed) and hope that Circuit City fixes the problem on my next trip north with as little inconvenience as possible. saludos Brian
