Overall, even with a few extra TelMex connects I am pleased with the deal and as said, none of the services are perfect. I will also say from my experience, the service is miles ahead of the call-back I was using at US$0.17 perminute. As to my connection issues, part of them may have been due to the fact I was connecting to a main number and then trying to get to an extension. And maybe busy circuits are involved. I know on one call, I connected to the Samsung "system" and then there was dead air for about 20 seconds then the phone on the other side started ringing and I got the connection. Maybe the delay/dead air had to do with VOIP or congestion on the circuits Also, if I read the Samsung web site correctly, they now have the same deal (1,000 minutes for US$35) which works from the U.S. to Mexico. "When all logical explanations have failed, we must look to the illogical for the answer.
