I called Telmex and asked about Lada 100 Nacional and contrary to what was reported on Yahoo, the price for this service is 200 pesos for one hundred minutes. My math may not be what it should be but it seems this is 20 pesos a minute (about 19 cents US). If one adds the 2 cents a minute that Samsung will add to the call, it appears to be no benefit at all. I wrote to samsung and they did not respond to the discrepancy.

Lada 100 National is 100 Pesos for 200 minutes = .5 pesos per minute

Lada 100 International is 200 Pesos for 100 minutes = 2 pesos per minute
