Out look Express down again

Can't Post | Private Reply

prodigy is asking me to enter and re-enter my sign on name and password with no result. Am calling 01-800-123-2222. Is anyone else having same problem?

just spoke to Prodigy and they say they are doing maintenance. Could be finished tomorrow morning. Obviously, I can get dial up but cannot send or receive mail. Asked them if they sent notice re work and they said no.

Sherrill - this advice comes from a forum in Sonora. The webmaster there advised people having trouble with Outlook Express to go straight to the Prodigy site - then you can get into your messages and reply to them - I hope it works for you.

In Guanajuato Capital, about a month ago, I had the same problem with Outlook Express, called them, and got the same answer, and havn't had a recurrance. Two nights in a row at about 2 AM, about two weeks ago, my Infinitum service went off, called both times and was told it was temporary and would function in the morning. It did and I have not had a recurrance.

Thanks Johnv for confirming my experience. In fact, service is not too bad. I just have to practice pronouncing my email address en español. And thanks to Bournemouth I will use mail.prod to get my email when service is down.
