Out Look Express down one more time

Thank you Bournemouth for the link to check on my messages. http://mail.prodigy.net.mx/ Man I spoke to at Prodigy suggested same. I explained to him that this has happened at least 4 times in past two weeks. He says that Prodigy is trying to up grade their service and has been working on this for past three months but also said he had no reports of problems in our area - San Juan Cosala-Ajijic-Chapala. So go figure. I think it is always a good idea to call them up at: 01-800-123-2222 and report a problem.

Sherrill, the guy that we had over this afternoon looking at my modem, told me that Telmex is working on lines from Rancho del Oro east towards Ajijic and that it is causing intermittent problems. I realize you are farther west than that but I do wonder if this is part of it. He says they are installing DSL lines and other stuff and that the work should be over by next Wednesday.
