Obtaining Basic Network Components in Mexico

From the comments in another message thread, I'm now curious - from those who have performed a small-scale computer and/or telecommunications network installation in Mexico: 1. How readily available (i.e. where do you go to buy) are basic components such as cable, jacks, and biscuits? (US - any Home Depot, Lowes, Orchard Supply, as well as the specialty/trade suppliers) 2. What are you paying for (a) a 1,000 foot spool pack of riser (PVC-jacketed) UTP, (b) a 10-pack of RJ-45 jacks, and (c) a biscuit or cover plate? (US - $55-$75 USD, $15-20, and $1.50-$3.00 respectively) 3. Where are you buying your (SOHO-grade, not commercial or industrial) hubs, switches, router and WAPs? (US - Best Buy, CompUSA, Staples/Office Depot, as well as the specialty/internet/mail order suppliers)
