Does anyone know if the Mexican cell carriers are offering mobile internet servcies such as EDGE/GPRS or the CDMA equivalent, specifically in Queretaro? My wife has a Cingular NA plan and we were wondering about availability of mobile internet access. It's been difficult to ascertain from Cingular if their roaming partners in Mexico offer this.
