My husband & I are coming to Mx for a month, Dec-Jan. I have just changed my Verizon Wireless service to their new North America Plan and my calls from and to (for our housesitter & secretary) my cellphone are to be charged the same there as in the States... standard minutes, no longdistance, free nights & wkends, etc. I was wondering if anyone had experience with this?? We will be in several locations, cost if we are roaming is 69cents/minute. According to the service map, most of the bigger areas have service.... I read the former forum and thought it would probably be a good idea to get the phonecard Brian had suggested for when we're in areas with no service... Just looking for advice, is that card still the best thing going? Also, I have a new laptop to bring and wondered how I should set it up to get emails while I'm there... Thanks for the responses... you guys are great!!! Con mi corazon en Mexico!
