Megacable

Here in Xalapa, we have Megacable, however the reception of CNN is terrible and has been so for months. Complaining does no good. Does anyone else subscribe to a cable service that offers CNN? If so, how is the service. I am trying to determine if the problem originates with Megacable or elsewhere.

I have TeleCable, and Star Choice in Ajijic. The CNN signal comes in well here. Now I don't know how Megacable gets its CNN signal, but if it wanted to MegaCable could find a satellite with a good signal carrying CNN and with the proper sized satellite dish easily receive said signal in Xalapa
