Dear Lagunanet customers

Over the past few weeks the quality of service on one of our segments has gradually deteriorated. Those areas most affected by this problem are our wireless customers in The Raquet Club, Jocotepec , Rocal Azul, Riberas del Pilar and Los Arroyos,

In an effort to fix this problem we will be changing and or upgrading our Operating systems and servers. We have scheduled this work for Saturday between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM,. During this time you will experience periods of sluggishness and other short periods when you will not be able to connect to the internet. We will try to keep your downtimes as short as possible,

During our last emergency update, we were not able to reach all of our clients. Several thinking the problem was theirs, out of frustration hit reset buttons and changed their connection configurations. When the system again began to operate, they could not reconnect. SO PLEASE do not attempt to reset or change your configuration settings, you will most likely be doing more harm than good.
