How do you view your computer?

I feel that most of us in Mexico view our computers as a link with the "outside" world. I know I am happier living in Mexico in the computer age than I was before I got my PC. Here is an interesting survey about computer usage. I hope the powers that be will let it be posted as relevant to our Mexico lives. http://www.pewinternet.org/quiz/

I love living in Mexico (well, most of the time!) but I hardly want to cut myself off from the "Old Country". So, my Macintosh allows me to email, Skype phone, Yahoo and AIM Chat, post photos and blog with our family and friends.

I don't think I'd manage very well without it.

One last thing: it also allows me too share ideas and experiences with others on fora such as this. That is no small matter.

Thanks for the link to the quiz.

Saludos,
