HBO in the Yucatan

I've searched for "HBO" and read the threads on Dish and DirecTV and SKY and StarChoice but I'm still unclear. Does anyone know what is required to receive HBO in the Yucatan?

Star Choice doesn't carry HBO. DISH and DirecTV do and I think SKY might, I am not sure. In Central Mexico the most practical method of getting English programming that includes HBO is DISH network. I to not know about the reception in Yucatan
