Well, we tried the geo caching thing to find Petes cache. Got all the way up in them thar hills and found the front gate but couldn't find a door bell.
Oh well, there's always manana.
Off topic for this forum, but, where in Hades can one find a pair of size 42 shorts. Biggest I can find is size 40 but I know darn well Mexicans wear 42's & larger.Oh well, back to Toms after a short siesta.

Monday morning I will be helping out at Lagunanet. Do you know where the CIA building is in Ajijic? It's across the street from Telmex, or one block north of the Bugenvilla shopping center. It is the building with the large antennas on it. You can't miss it. If you enter the CIA coffee shop either the Station master Harry or the staff can tell you how to find Lagunanet, a WiFi ISP. I will be there from 9 AM until 11:40, at which time I have to run off to an appointment.

Or if you have a two meter with you, I will be monitoring 146.40 (KD7ION) tonight, not Monday.

The office # which is often busy Monday mornings is 766-0297

For you guys who do not know the station head, Harry speaks great Spanish, English and Persian, you know Farsi or Iranian, but then you would expect that where he works.

Hey Pete,
I did see you coming out of the CIA bldg. with your briefcase in hand this am. I thought you told me months ago you were quitting the agency. Are you back working contract jobs now?? Running out of retirement funds? You should check with the Seattle office. They have plenty of agency work in MX. Or did you do this before coming down last month?

He Ron, You are going to get me in trouble. Please understand that we are an innocent government agency here in Ajijic just trying to understand why so many folks hate the leadership in the US. Besides I am only part time.

OK Pete,
Probably should have PMed you on that. Didn't think. Sorry 'bout that.
Maybe see you in Toms sometime around six if you're available.

Ron
