E-mails not getting through to Prodigy.net.mx addresses

Is anyone else experiencing problems getting e-mail messages through to addresses@prodigy.net.mx ?
In the past week or so, I haven't managed to get a single one through to the intended recipient(s) regardless of which ISP they are sent from,
Any suggestions?

I sent email from two web based email services and from an ISP in the US and from Lagunanet in Ajijic to my prodigy email address. So far (5 minutes) three of the four have reached my prodigy email address.

The fourth, a web based email service, is always slow. So it would appear that prodigy's email is working, at least right now.

Well I waited and sent a second set of messages out. Three of the four Internet Service providers (ISP) were able to deliver mail to my prodigy account. One of the four ISPs would send out a message which I could receive at the other ISPs but would not show up in prodigy.

So If I were to have sent all of my messages from this one ISP apparently no mail would get through to prodigy. Try sending from a web based service like Yahoo. It worked for me.

I have been sending and receiving emails, using prodigy.net.mx, today and yesterday, to and from Los Angeles and Mexico City.

Tony, if you're mailing from @mexconnect.com, there's a good chance that Prodigy's spam filter is screening out your mail. It's a pretty aggressive filter.

Your recipient needs to go to www.prodigy.com.mx, open his or her e-mail account and select Options. Check the box that says "si, deseo recibir spam" and the problem should be solved.

Actually, anyone using prodigy.net.mx as an ISP and belonging to Mexconnect should consider doing this. You won't get all that much spam. I get a lot more spam through infosel.net.mx, once Mexico's premier business ISP.
