I'm going by memory here; I'm up north for another week. Yes Mike Merryman does offer two way broadband internet over satellite and he is a good guy. His telephone # is 376-766-1117. Two way satellite is not cheap especially in Mexico. But it will work in Las Fuentas, if you have a view of the southern horizon Another more economcial alternative is with Lagunanet, a local internet service provider. They do provide broadband service (802.11b) to much of Las fuentes. I say much of the area because an antenna placed on your roof has to be line of site with the Laguna antenna which is located to the West of the entry to Las Fuentes on the lake side of the main road leading to Joco. Lagunanet charges $450 for most installs, and then charges $40 per month for a 256 kb/sec up and down connection and $60 per month for twice that speed. Their # is 376-766-0297 from 9 to 3 PM . Or you can email support@laguna.com.mx Their webpage is www.lagunanet.net.mx Both tel #'s given above are in Ajijic
