This is a good DNS program that runs on XP or 2000 and includes a cache. If you are stuck using Telmex or another ISP with a quirky DNS, you might want to download and install this on your computer. It will put the DNS server on your computer and you will no longer be dependant on an outside server. It installs easily, no config necessary, although you must have your connection open when you install it. It can speed up surfing considerably if your ISP's DNS server is slow.
