As a DISH customer here NOB, we received an email today that takes one to the following link:
http://www.dishnetwork.com/googletv/default.aspx
Since the DISH signal received SOB is really a bleed-over from the US feeds, I am guessing that this may work in Mexico but I will leave it up to the technical experts for valid opinions.
