Customer Service Problems with Vonage?

I've been using Vonage for some time now and I'm happy with their technical service. However, I recently had what I consider a bad experience with their Customer Service folks. I don't want to post a complaint about Vonage if this is just an isolated incident so I'm asking in advance whether anyone else among you has had a bad experience with them. Thanks!
