Batteries 4 Cordless Phones

I have three cordless Vtech phones with dead batteries that need replacing. Are there any shops in Ajijic/Chapala where these could be purchased? If not, what store in Guadalajara could they be found? Picture attached.

One can usually find batteries of this type at a Radio Shack in Guadalajara. Although I only know of two outlets, I think there are quite a few more Radio Shack stores in greater Guadalajara. Often, unlike the states, when one store doesn't have a full inventory, another will have what you want.
