Just returned from Oaxaca with a copy of "El Libro de los Moles" by Patricia
Quintana. My Spanish is rudimentary, and while the Altavistal Babel Fish translation website is good, I wonder if there is a better one for translating recipes in Spanish to English. Thanks.
