hello. i am looking for the recipe on how to make date balls candy. it is made of dates and powdered sugar. thank you and merry christmas!

If you want something simple, easy, and delicious try this:

Use dry pitted dates, as many as you think you can eat (and then duoble that estimate!). Fill each date with a generous spoonful of chunky peanut butter. Roll in confectioners sugar until well coated. Let dry on wax paper for a couple of hours, then re-roll in the sugar. To die for!

1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 pk Dates
1 cn Coconut
1 c Nuts (chopped)
2 c Rice Krispies
1/2 c Margarine

Combine sugars, dates, coconut and butter. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add nuts and rice krispies. Butter hands, roll into balls and coat with powdered sugar.
