ostensibly simple roast duck

Yo, all of you! I was looking for a roast duck recipe, as we are having duck for Easter, mostly because I saw a frozen duck in the freezer of my favorite poultry shop down the street and we have not had duck in a while. I usually just improvise, as I consider duck is hard to spoil, but I thought I would read a few recipes for inspiration, AND I came across this one. Unfortunately, you hafta follow the link, as I can't manage to copy this one from the website and paste it into the email. But, it is worth it. Even Jim thought this was very funny, and he does not cook much. Please go to http://www.confabulist.com/ and look under February 20, 2002, and read the recipe for "ostensibly simple roast duck" P.S. I took the frozen duck out of the freezer this morning and put it in the refrig. It's a beginning. Feliz Pasqua!
