Hello to people who know about food,

friends brought me 1/2 kilo mole rojo from oaxaca and I like cooking and have some ideas how to use it, but could anyone who knows more about mole send me a recipe, preferable with fish? My internet search was not successful so far. I found recipies but I do`not speak Spanish and couldnt read them.

Hola Connie,
Mole is usually prepared with turkey or chicken, the poultry is cooked first then added to the mole. If the sauce is too thick then the broth is added until you get the consistancy you like. Here is a website in inglish with different mole recipies. ramekins.com/mole/whatmole.html

Mole always tastes better with chicken, you can try boiling the chicken, then you shreed it and cover it with the mole, as someone else already suggested,if the mole is too think you can thin it down with some chicken broth and if it is too spicy you can add some milk chocolate or sugar (yes, and it wil taste great too) then, when you have the chicken covered in mole, you can make "enchiladas" by stuffing soft tortillas and fixing them on a plate and adding more mole over the dish, or you can stuff a soft roll with the chcken and mole...mmm that dish is called "marinas de mole".
