"it has pork potatoes chile"

In many places in the southwest it is not uncommon to add potatos or hominy or both to any basic pork chile verde recipe. Some folks also add tomato. It's kinda like any stew; the ingredients depend on what's available.

Try a search with the word "guisado" That's spanish for stew.

Is it pork, chicken, or beef? Does it have other vegetables in it? Is it spicey?
