gorditas dulces?

I was in Morelia last December for the Festival of the Day of the Virgen of Guadalupe, and ate some little flat breads they were selling in the fair area....they were like sweet silver dollar pancakes...very tasty. I think that they said they were called gorditas...but when I saw a señora selling gorditas in the street, they were like tacos but in a different shell (sorry to be so ignorant...). Anyway, I would really like to know if anyone knows what I am talking about, and how to make them. Please e-mail me if you do! Thank you!

Ingredients
1 kilo of masa
3/4 kilo of natas (i dont know the meaning of natas in english, sorry)
sugar
a bit of baking powder

Just mix all the ingredients with your hands, make the gorditas and bake until they are cooked.

Hola,
The nata is the skim that forms on top of the milk when it is boiled. Boil the milk over low heat and keep removing the nata as it forms by using a fork until you have the amount required for the recipe.
