I am trying to make the white cream sause used in the fish tacos in the Ensenada area of Mexico, very good but a tightly guarded secret, any body got the ingriediantes? Any help is appreciated.

Simply add lime juice to sour cream and stir. Salt may be added also.

Watered-down mayonaise works better. Not runny
but not thick.

Any latin store in you area should carry it. Look for "El Mexicano" brand.
If you cant find it, get sour cream & whip the heck out of it 'till is runny. Then put the following ingredients & spices...gee I dont know!
Be creative & experiment!!!
