Karin, it was good to make the distinction between Argentine chimichurrí and Mexican. The Mexican version is nothing like the Argentine, but appears to be a emulsified, mayo-type sauce with some picante in it. We too, have seen it at Costco, but there's no point in paying a premium price for something that can be easily made from readily available ingredients, at a fraction of the cost. Saludos, Anonimo
