I was introduced to a appetizer recipe which included: roasted anaheim chiles stuffed with tuna and sliced carrots and onions and i think vinegar was used. It was served cold with saltine crackers It was wonderful and had the recipe once but was misplaced. I have been looking for this recipe for a long time. A woman from Mexico made it.
