Anyone know where one can find agar or agar-agar or a reasonable substitute for thickening jam with appropriate spanish language equivalent? Many thanks.

I use pectin..pectin is in apples and oranges ..I buy it in a bottle at the grocery store..Sure Jel or Certo.
