I found the white quesadilla cheese at sam's wholesale. But I do not know the additives to make it spicy. If anyone get's the recipe, please forward it to me...I love it.

Kroger has a brand of white cheese that has the jalepenos already mixed in, but watch the oil they put in... also this kind of cheese you need to mix with milk while you are melting it slowly over a stove... I have also just taken queso Oaxaca and finely choopped jalepenos and gotten almost the same result... I spent a fortune at El Toro restaurants while I was pregnant just eating the cheese dip!
