Once while wandering around Santa Teresita in Guadalajara, I happened upon a small shop that made and sold moles. There must have been nearly 15 or twenty varieties in every color imaginable. Some were sweet most savory all All of them mounded very attractively in clumps that I imagine were caused by the machine that grinds the ingredients and expels them in these mounds. I just used the one I bought and the taste was wonderful, maybe beyond wonderful. Certainly the best mole I have EVER eaten. Chickens should line up for the privilege of being included in one of these moles. I always intend to record the location of these little "finds" but failed to in this case. Does anyone know of the cross streets or address? If not I intend to pursue my usual method of successive approximation -- since I recall about where it is and would just have to wander again. Hopefully some kind soul can shorten my mole seeking excursion. I took a couple of pictures if anyone is interested... Thanking you all in advance.
