This may have been a "house specialty" at a delightful restaurant in Mexico City we visited about 6 years ago, but it was soooooo delicioso! I'm hoping somebody has the recipe. I'm remembering it was a chicken broth base with some chicken (but not a lot), some vegetables but don't really remember exactly, and a few slices of avocado floating on top. Can't remember the name of the restaurant either, dang it. Help me please.....Tulsa Gal.
