The lack of more stories is a combination of things. We have done most of her "Mexican" dishes. I don't see any point in covering things like frying fish or chicken, or scrambled eggs, etc. I've wanted to do more with her daughters and daughters-in-law, but other things keep getting in the way.
As I said in another post I want to add some videos. I get lots of e-mails with questions about assembling tamales, kneading dough, and other such manual skill things that lend themselves to short video clips.
I don't know when I will be able to start the new project because I have a damaged nerve in my right arm that leaves me one handed. It's unclear how long this will continue -- ?? weeks. The meds I'm taking are a real appetite suppressor, so it's not all bad.
