Well, UJ, I didn't actually have the enchiladas, but I did taste the sauce and the accompanying black bean mash. The mole was very complex with multiple layers of spice tastes; slightly sweet, but not excessively. It's probably one of the tastiest moles I've ever tried, but, as I may have mentioned, I'm not a big mole fan, so I didn't order it. The enchiladas looked nicely packed with chicken, and as you can see by the picture, they were very nicely presented. The "tamal", whose real name is something else, consists of a tangy crab filling wrapped in multiple tortillas, then in a banana leaf. I don't know how they get the striped effect or what that is, exactly. But it was good.)
