There was a mexican restaurant where I used to live that had the best salad? marinated veg dish. It contained diced raw potatoes with jalepeno's and cabbage and carrots in a clear broth. They used it as a side dish / garnish. Alas, I have moved to a new city and upon returning to my old digs I found the restaurant had closed.
Would anyone know what such a dish would be called or better yet have a recipe?
