Hey, thanks for posting that -- fun to watch, and I felt his pain with the Maseca! I'm not sure he'd have had any tacos to share had Mamma not stepped in to help him.

Thanks to Rolly for posting the direct link, too. I didn't realize Food Network had videos available -- I'll have to watch more of them.

Thanks to Rolly from me also. I'm not as computer-literate as he is! Glad you found the web video. I thought it was great to watch.

We don't have TVs in Mexico (never really watched it much in Texas either) but I did like to watch cooking shows NoB. To be able to do it on line is fantastic.

Does anyone know of any other good viewing sites for recipes on-line???? (Other than Rolly's of course!)
