Gotta agree with Jennifer on this one, pomegranate molasses is great on just about anything. You're on the right track with duck, but don't overlook turkey, chicken or quail, especially if you grill, smoke or roast them. Pom molasses makes a great base for (or addition to) a BBQ glaze. It also works well with pork, particularly loin chops, butt and ribs and don't forget lamb, particularly spit roasted lamb that has been studded with garlic and rosemary. Any place you'd add a bit of sweetness (or honey), you can use the pomegranate molasses.
