al your bistecs are going to be marinated for 15 min. in a mix of eggs(1 or 2), milk, salt, and a little soy sauce. In a wide recipient you are going to put breadcrumbs and then put the marinated bistecs on it (press it with a spoon)season the meat again with some garlic salt, and then turn it around and press it again..... By this time you already have a hot pan with hot oil. put your heat in medium and proceed to fry every bistec (both sides) they must have a ligth brown color. let me know if you like it!
