What is the english equivalent for the following:
a) 1 Kg de harina (in cups)?
b) 400 grs. de mantequilla (in teaspoons)?

Also is azucar glass the same as granulated sugar?

Thanks.

Azścar glass is powdered (icing) sugar. My further suggestions to you are: (1) buy a kitchen scale. Make sure it has metric markings, so you can toss your 400 grams of butter into it. I use Mexican and European recipes on a regular basis and find it indispensable. (2) Failing that, try the link below. Admittedly your computer probably isn't in the kitchen, but you can pencil in the equivalents before you start. ”Buen provecho!
