I don't know what part of the world this recipe comes from, but the ingredients look possibly Mexican. Morcilla is actually a European phenomenon, so if you read Spanish you can find a bunch of recipes at www.afuegolento.com. Use the "buscador de recetas" at the upper right side of the page, when the little window comes up enter "morcilla" and check the "ingredientes" box. That should keep you busy in the kitchen for awhile.

My local source of morcilla stopped carrying it. I may have to make a trip to the Latino-inhabited suburbs to find it so I can team it up with juicy, fresh tomatoes and a baked egg (that's Spanish too).

¡Buen provecho!
